Also Book a private/corporate cooking class for your workplace, clients, family or friends. Cook with each other in a fun, intimate atmosphere with knowledgeable chefs and dine together, enjoying the fruits of your labor. Celebrate a special accomplishment, milestone birthday, anniversary, or family reunion in our studio.
Private Party Information
Our Private Cooking Classes require a minimum of 7 people, we seat 10 A non-refundable deposit of 6 paid guest to hold the date is required but is waived if 6 of your guest registers within 2 days of reserving & confirming your class. Thursday evening classes and Sunday classes are more flexible, while Friday & Saturday evenings will need to be scheduled well in advance. It’s always best to contact us to determine availability at potzandpanzgourmetcatering.com or by calling our office at 334-676-3343. Once your date is booked, you can make a choice on the menu. The cost per person depends on the menu you choose, and prices start at $79 per person.
Policy And Contract Information
Ticket Description, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
- Registration Required, All Cooking Classes are Non-Refundable
- No full or partial refunds are given to customers who miss a class. There are no refunds or rescheduled for customer no-shows.
- All Cancellations and/or Reschedules must be done by email within 24 hours of your scheduled cooking class & can be rescheduled for an available Cooking Class within 30 days. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- This DOES NOT apply to Private Parties, Kids Parties or Team Building Events. There are No Refunds or Rescheduled for Private Parties, Kids Parties or Team Building Events once a deposit has been paid.
- All adult cooking class registrations are transferable, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled class, you may send a friend in your place.
- In the event of a class cancellation due to low enrollment or other extenuating circumstances, all participants will be notified to arrange for a credit towards another class or given a full refund.
- All Classes are “rain or shine” unless otherwise stipulated. There are NO REFUNDS for Weather Cancellations or Circumstances caused by Inclement Weather
- In case of an Inclement Weather Cancellation classes may be rescheduled for an available Cooking Class within 30 days.
- All services must be redeemed during a single visit by the same customer.
- Price adjustments for classes that are given a promotional price are offered on full-priced classes ($69 or more is considered a full price class) if presented by email within 2 days of the initial purchase date only. Otherwise you are not eligible for a price adjustment or refund. Other conditions apply
- Adult Classes Only: No child under the age of 10 years old is allowed to participate in an adult cooking class. Children ages 10 years or older may participate with a registered parent or guardian and must be registered for the cooking class as well. Keep in mind ALL adult classes are BYOB and alcoholic beverages may be present. Infants, Toddlers & Children under 10 are not permitted in the cooking class studio during an adult cooking class.
- Adults ARE NOT permitted to participate in a Kids Birthday Party. If you would like your adult guest to participate in a Kids Party, please refer to the Private Party Information. The Kids Birthday Party Menu cannot be used for this type of class.
- No Spectator Policy: Only Paid Participants are allowed in our studio during a cooking class. No spectators are allowed.
- All Cooking Classes are Instructed by Qualified, Knowledgeable, First Class Chefs
Private Chef Service
We also offer a Private Chef Service. A Chef and Server for larger dinner parties or just the Chef for smaller more intimate groups, whatever it takes to make a memorable meal – personalized in your home:

- Your own eating enjoyment
We can provide a Personal Chef for cooking instructions in the privacy of your own home, either one-on-one, couples or small groups of four. (Larger groups are invited to Chef Demonica Pugh kitchen for instruction).
