HERE'S HOW WE DO IT

But first, we cannot.

We cannot deliver on Sundays or Mondays or to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. Due to import/export restrictions, we are unable to ship our products outside the United States.

Below are the common questions we get about how we get our prepared meals to you. It’s pretty simple… you order meal on our website online and we do all the dirty work.

We ship our Prepared Foods via Fedex or UPS.

Once your order is processed for delivery you will receive a confirmation email with the Fedex tracking number. We are based in Montgomery Alabama and we process orders first in first out later in the week and there are not enough days in transit to allow for the package to arrive by Friday (commercial address) or Saturday (home delivery), your order will be held for shipment until the following week. Occasionally we experience a high demand so it takes us longer than usual. Rest assured that we will get your order

We ship your Prepared Foods Frozen.

Freezing is the best and most convenient way to preserve the nutrition and flavors of our food. We freeze each prepared meals within minutes and ship your order frozen so you can have your prepared food delivered to your door without feeling rushed to consume them before they go bad. When your order arrives you can either start heating immediately or store them in your freezer or refrigerator and pull them out as you need them.

You do not need to be home to receive your order.

Each package is shipped in an insulated box and will withstand sitting until you return home. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we ask that you open the package immediately upon arrival and to place the contents in your freezer or refrigerator. If you are ordering as a gift, do not worry – all of our packages are marked “keep frozen” and “perishable”. In addition, each package contains a print out with instructions for proper handling.

HOW TO THAW

  1. Put all of your meals in the freezer immediately.
  2. Thaw in refrigerator. For specific thawing instructions,please see guides below.
  3. Eat within 48 hours of thawing.

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS

Put all of your meals in the freezer immediately. Store food in your freezer until you are ready to start eating them.

Thaw in refrigerator.

Thaw one juice bottles you intend to drink for the next day.

TIP: Put the amount of prepared meals you need thawed for the day in the fridge the night

  1. Bottles should Store bottles in your arrive frozen. freezer until you are ready
    to start drinking them.
  2. Thaw out the number of bottles you plan on drinking each day.
  3. Thaw in refrigerator.
  4. Thawing may take 24 – 48 hours depending on how cold your refrigerator is.
  5. Once thawed, bottles should remain in the refrigerator and be consumed within 24 hours.

HOW SHOULD I STORE THE PREPARED MEALS?

Since our products are shipped frozen, there is no rush to eat them. If you do not plan on consuming them right away, store the food in the freezer.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE?

The meals can be stored in the freezer for up to 1months. Once completely thawed in the refrigerator, consume within 48 hours. They should be refrigerated at all times.
